- Registrar’s Office — initial assessment
- Cashier — secure the applicable test permit
- Guidance Office — proceed to the testing center
- Admin Office — Admin and Guidance assessment
- Registrar’s Office — print and sign enrollment forms
- Cashier — pay the tuition fee
- Registrar’s Office — receive the Admission Slip
- ID Picture Taking — present the Admission Slip
