Start online

Open the NSDGA Portal and log in as a New Student. Complete the Registration, Guidance, and Medical forms. Take a screenshot of the successful registration and present it to the Registrar’s Office.

Enrollment steps

Visit the Registrar’s Office for initial assessment.
Secure the appropriate test permit and proceed to the Guidance Office testing center.
Complete the Admin and Guidance assessment.
Return to the Registrar’s Office to print and sign enrollment forms.
Proceed to the Cashier for tuition payment.
Obtain the Admission Slip from the Registrar’s Office.
Have the student ID picture taken and present the Admission Slip.

General requirements

Three 2×2 ID photos with a white background
PSA Live Birth Certificate photocopies
Original report card and required photocopy
Good Moral Character Certificate, when applicable
Form 137 / SF 10 from the previous school
One long white folder
